According to CNN, the action will instead “cut to inside a building”. In other news, I have no idea how the inside of a building is a substitute for Batman dropping into Hong Kong harbor from a plane.

Good lord, jumping in the water over there is like eating a raw chicken and living in the 18th century combined. I shudder to think of what I might’ve contracted from the hookers.

Side note: I’m not usually one to advocate CGI or a green screen, but honestly, how hard would it be to drop him into any body of water (like, say, Lake Titicaca - hee hee!) and then just superimpose the Hong Kong skyline in the back?* Something other than Lake Erie though, I heard the water there gives you Down Syndrome.
